  The Finnish anti-bullying programme KiVa received first prize in the European Crime Prevention Award (ECPA) in December 2009 in Stockholm, Sweden.

  The Council consists of a chairperson and deputy chairperson, and 15 members and their substitutes, who are nominated for three-year terms. The present term expires on May 15th, 2011.
